Meeting with your RD to discuss your nutritional plan is vital. But did you know there are other activities you can do together? You can take mini-field trips with your RD to gain skills for dining out, grocery shopping, and more! Each outing is tailored to your specific needs. Do you resist exercise, even though you know it’s good for you? Is going to the gym just too stressful? Or do you exercise too much? Nutrifit offers a monthly session that helps participants work lifelong activities into a healthy routine, including bicycling, walking/hiking, tennis, and more. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day! Led by nutritional therapists, the Breakfast Club is for anyone who struggles to eat a healthy breakfast on a regular basis. This weekly meal group meet son Thursdays, 8 am – 8:30 am. Join anytime and learn how to make balanced choices, eat more challenging foods, add more variety to your menu plan, and select appropriate portions.
