Meeting with your RD to discuss your nutritional plan is vital. But did you know there are other activities you can do together? You can take mini-field trips with your RD to gain skills for dining out, grocery shopping, and more! Each outing is tailored to your specific needs. Do you resist exercise, even though you know it’s good for you? Is going to the gym just too stressful? Or do you exercise too much? Nutrifit offers a FREE monthly session called Fit for Life that helps participants work lifelong activities into a healthy routine, including bicycling, walking/hiking, tennis, and more. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day! Led by nutritional therapists, the FREE monthly Breakfast Club is for anyone who struggles to eat a healthy breakfast on a regular basis. This supportive meal group alternates locations and meets one month on Thursday and the next month on Saturday. Join anytime and learn how to make balanced choices, eat more challenging foods, add more variety to your menu plan, and select appropriate portions.  Call or email us for more information or to join!

ANAD Eating Disorders Support Group

The FREE support group for those with eating disorders, ANAD (Assoc. for Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders), meets on Zoom from 10 to 11 a.m. every Saturday. ANAD is a free support group for those struggling with anorexia, bulimia, and compulsive overeating as well as families and friends wishing to be involved in the recovery process. See the ANAD Support Group flyer and contact us for the Zoom link for each week;’s meeting!

Additional counseling sessions also are available for individuals, families, and couples working on nutritional recovery from eating disorders
