With all of the conflicting info everywhere about what is “healthy eating,” anyone who wants a tailor-made “Meal Plan” based on your personal goals can come to Nutrifit. It’s based on your own body, height, weight, how much of each food group YOU need to eat, and what time of day you might eat it. You’ll come out with a plan that is made specifically for you, based on your food preferences, dietary needs, food sensitivities, and your goals/needs. She will also work with your doctor to help you achieve goals if that is what you need help with. She works with professional athletes, so if you’re someone who has hit a plateau with your fitness goals, she definitely can help!!!
